• The customer is entitled to return or replace or refund in case the product received by him is damaged/wrong item/defective or any major technical difference (except difference in colour and resolution) as shown in the picture ordered by the customer.  In such conditions, the customer will have to report to our support team within 72 hours of receiving the product supporting images and opening/unboxing video to end.
  • We do not accept cancellations/returns/refunds after receiving the product if there is no damage/defect in the product or there is no unboxing video/picture available to show the said damage.
  • No return/replacement/refund will be acceptable if the product is not dispatched within 7 days from the date of receiving the product.
  • In the case of pre-paid orders, the refund will be processed by the same gateway of payment or any other online transfer system approved by the Reserve Bank of India. The refund will reflect in the customer’s account within 5 to 10 Bank working days.
